Nir is CEO of Onmax-Emerp - Performance Based Online Marketing, a technology base and service company focused on improving ROI and results of online marketing campaigns. He is also the founder and CEO of DBM Group, a full service marketing communications agency, consultant and contractor.

Activities including direct sales and marketing, CRM applications, Interactive and email marketing, retail sales promotion, consumer promotions, event marketing, conent production and outsourcing of full sales and marketing functions. Over $18M turnover, 130 employees, 7 business units. Clients includes: P&G, Unilever, Coke, Visa, Orange, Abott, Novartis, Tnuva etc.

He planned, executed and closed a few million $ acquisition of Media One (an agency he co-founded) by the largest independent media network, Carat to become Carat Media One Israel (over $25M turnover). Clients include Coca Cola, Tuborg, Carlsberg, Prigat, Sano, Adidas, L'Oreal. Nir is an investor and business development in Europe for Clipmix and Mbox mobile content applications and he opened distribution channels in UK, France, Spain.

Nir graduated the MBA program from INSEAD business school at Fontainebleau, France.
